DANGER LEVEL OF NIFTY

Dear Sir,
- Earlier during MKLH Raju Sir was referring to D Smart WL of 21850 as danger level below which if NIFTY falls, may be we can say bear market has started and we have to avoid bullish trades. Currently NIFTY on EOD .10% PNF Chart, NIFTY is below DSMART WL. So has bear phase started? or advise danger level which we can refer to.
