I want to create Scanner with Below Condition
Entry Conditon :-
Weekly RS -21 days Just Crossing above Zero line
Monthly Rs - 12 Month Should be already above zero line
Weekly RSI(12) above 50

Exit
Weekly RS - 21 Days below Zero

RS-Alpha Indicator is not available in System Builder
