Results are not accurate for volume based scans

Team - Please fix the volume scanner issues almost every time frame that you run (I tried on 5/15 and daily) are resulting correct data. Many scrips are missing the scan. I have shown this to the support team and verified against chartink as well. We need to have some update on the issue when it will be fixed.
What is the point of providing so many scans and making RZone subscription based when data is not correct, getting to look for alternative solution outside of definedge.
