Issues in System Builder

Unable to Strategy in System Builder. Clicking Save does not do anything. Please let me know what am i missing?

Sir, the expression text box should contain and/or conditions, in your case you just have to write 1 in expression as you have added only one paramater

If you add more than one parameter then you will have to write 1 and 2
