What’s going on with Definedge lately? It feels like releases are being pushed without adequate testing, or the subscriber base has grown beyond what the system can currently handle.
The RZone scanner simply doesn’t work when run on Nifty 500/650/750—nothing loads or executes. Interestingly, it works fine on Nifty 50. I mostly get time to work on weekends, and lately it’s been frustrating with constant issues cropping up.
The support team is polite and responsive, but they seem to be helpless.
There’s a lot of promotion happening, but how is the app being scaled to support this growth? Performance degradation and slowness are becoming visible across features. Please address these stability and scalability issues this is impacting serious users.

Yes, the same issue with my end. Interestingly Nifty total market group works but not Nifty 750, and the system become so slow

@Guru-Kumar Thank you for confirming, I thought something wrong on my side.
The whole of weekend passed and could not scan anything. Renko scanners are also not working from past 2 weeks. Can't rely on this platform. Already paying for RZone and now have to get subscription of chartink and start porting the scanner.
@Definedge - you keeping mum does help.
Trying in the morning and can't even open RZone.
Anyone knows how to reach out to Mr. Prashant Shah??

Yes I have also observed intermittent error messages. Between 9:14 and 9:17 after successful login, Error 503 "Service is not available" is a routine. But at the same time, all other pages open properly except https://myaccount.definedgesecurities.com/
Just now I got this page which got disappeared after refreshing page 2-3 times.
Non availability of feature rich application is of no use.

In fact, the main page i.e. https://myaccount.definedgesecurities.com/ is loaded with so much information which makes it so heavy and most of the time it remains in "loading" status only as below. Better to make it need based. Ideally, the main page should be very light and should not take time to get displayed.
