    @Definedge Why the app has only Biometric password but not opening through Pin It is very basics, some of the tab device don't have that facility? Due to this reason we always have to fill password everytime..

    As per SEBI rules, 2-Factor Authentication (2FA) is mandatory for logging into trading and demat accounts. A PIN alone is considered a single-factor authentication and is therefore not permitted.
    Biometric login is allowed as it works along with device-level security and registered credentials, fulfilling the 2FA requirement. For devices that do not support biometrics, login via password/OTP is provided to ensure compliance and account safety.

    @Brijesh Bhatia sir, thank you for clarification. But Zerodha and other are providing PIN and Biometric. when we sign in.. due to device lock or shifting the tab it sign out and some Tablets not provide it due to this ever time enter password.
    Zerodha and upstocks and groww all providing PIN facility. please do something to fix it..
