Hi, I am new to Definedge Security universe. I recently open my demat account and I would like to know if the Zone web terminals are down on the weekends? I am trying to study few scripts and when I change the time intervals the charts dont show up correctly. For example I see just a single candle on the screen for Nity at 60mins. Zoom in and Zoom out does not do anything.
Also, I activated my trial subscription hoping that I could try some of the features on a holiday and do some learnings. But I am still getting an error saying I need to upgrade.
Trying to understand if this is common and if I should have waited to activate the trial on a weekday?
Any insights are appreciated and apologize for a newbie questions.Thanks

After remote session with the Definedge team it was determined that the charts do not display as expected
when the desktop date and time is not set to UTC +05:30 (IST). My date and time are set to the time Zone that I work for so that emails are synced accordingly. I hope Defineage team looks into this and come up with a solution. Lets say someone wants to use your platform outside India then they are left with no choice but to set their system time to Indian timezone which is not ideal in my opinion. -
