How to Add Template to scrip we view in scanner

How to add Template when we see the chart of scrip in scanner in R one , I have saved the template but don't know how to apply .

We would request you to follow the below steps :
Login to zone web > Template> select chart method and saved chart template > make it default and run scanner > open scrip from scanner results.
