Advice sought on NIFTY Long

Dear Sir,

Is it advisable to go long in NIFTY on positional basis ?

1.even if NIFTY 50 is below D smart on .10%x3 PNF EOD Chart?

if otherwise it meets other following parameters

1. Breadth gives bullish cross over and is in neutral zone
2. There is a DTB on .10% x 3 PNF 1min. chart

Please guide.
