Cover order in some app not working?

@Definedge not able to use cover order where we can set target and stop loss both?any reason?
I tried to add cover order after submitting it - it shows only target order in pending tab and there was no other order for stop loss.
Also when I tried using modify button instead of Cover order it shows normal sell order screen when we can set target and not stop loss.
Can you please look into it?
