Sip in nifty bees in better way

Hello Prashant Bhai..
Want to do weekly sip for niftybees by following this method . Can it be automated??
Methods description::
Timeframe:weekly
Chart type: Heiken Ashi
Amount:: investing amount for year/ 52
Eg . 100000/52=1923/week

If on Friday 3.00 pm ,candle is green than would deploy that money, and if Red than would wait for next green candle.. whenever green candle appears ,will add all earlier red candle installment with it and deploy together.
