How RSI is Interpreted in Rank Criteria in Momentum Investing Simulator

Hello Team,
I would like to understand how RSI is interpreted in Rank Criteria in Momentum Investing Simulator,
As i was back testing some of my Strategy (P&F) with RSI as Rank Criteria the result was good than volar,
After Back testing result (without Simulator) RSI was showing in percent, which i am not able to Interpret.
