Regarding Velocity Long Entry

Sir i attended Manthan @ Ahmedabad. you had explained your Velocity Trading System. i had some confusion. pl clarify

1. Create Stock within 10% of 52 week High Group = my query is we have to update group(Stocks) on daily basis or weekly basis or which frequency?
2. Entry Condition = RSI > 50 & MACD Bullish Crossover on 1 hour time frame
   i had created Velocity Long entry in system builder with below conditon
   

Exit Condition - MACD Bearish Crossover

1. I didn't find Velocity Scanner in RZone, Can you please suggest?
2. Exit for this strategy is MACD negative crossover or anything else
3. If we take Future for this strategy then how do you handle rollovers

Dear @Brijesh Bhatia, I was trying to backtest but I see a lot of trades triggered, and CAGR is showing 0.02%. Is this correct or am I doing something wrong? Also I don't find Velocity scannner in Algostra. Please suggest on back test results and availablity of filter in Algostra.
