Help With System Builder

I am trying to build a system builder for adaptive RSI , got stuck which option to choose: please see the attached screenshot.
i want to exit as soon as input line crosses down average line and enter when an input line crosses above average line, please let me know which one to choose.

You can use the CUTTING AVERAGE for the strategy.
