Stop Loss ORDERS active till cancelled

Sir pls tell me how i can place a SL-MKT type order with a trigger on my holding

for example : for any stock in my holding i will see the LTP price today suppose it is Rs.10 , and i want to place a SL-MKT order with a trigger of Rs.7
so that the stock gets exited at whatever price available after it is triggered

this order once placed should remain active till i cancel it
