Backtesting and Scanner slowdown

It seems that recently while trying to run a backtest or even a scanner during the markets, zoneweb is taking a lot more time for even selection of buy/sell conditions and showing up results also. Has anything changed at your end or do we need to change some settings? Post market it seems to be working fine. Also I am not facing any issues with my trading terminals or other web applications. So should not be a network issue

something is really not right with zoneweb. they need to really work on it, make it as priority When i contacted them they tired few things nothing really worked up(they told me they are working on it). yesterday and today too much sluggishness. (during a market time no one wants to try different things).
