Unable to recall how i made a group

I made a stock group r named "five star funda" , i did not enter details in description. Now i am unable to recall how i made the group by running which scanner. I am using it in my algostra virtual undername longterm golden crossover. I have this basic question does the scanner run everyday or do i need to run it everytime at fixed intervals say once a week or month and then the next day algostra strategy picks up the updated stocks in the group
