Difference in the TOI chart of nifty in Tradepoint Securities & Tradepoint Solutions Software

I am calling defiedge customer care from last 3 days for the problem with TOI chart. TOI chart is different in Definedge securities Tradepoint & Definedge Solutions Trade point. I was in touch with himalaya from definedge team but he told me that he will call back after consulting his seniors but still waiting for the same. Attaching the chart of both the software.
