Observed, your Web Trading Terminal is Extremely Slow today.
Lot of time take to open order window. Even for new chart opening. May be due to expiry. But It needs drastic improvement.

Observed, all your trading platforms are modified from existing Analysis platforms (Barring Mobile App, which we use in case of move only). So UI is not one of the best. Even to go to order Book we need 2/3 clicks. Even for Desktop terminal, if we place order, Confirmation window appears, which we need to close by clicking OK. it is time consuming.
If we just enter order and wait to confirm,we can not click on other part of the terminal like getting Quotes.

Need to spend some time in improvement of this.

Analysis part is great. There you are at pole position (No One is going to catch you soon/overnight), so you can spare some time on this part.

Just my suggestion, as I could not place order for 20 mins in terminal, so decided to spent 10/15 min more in writing this.

Hope you take this positively, it will benefit to all your users.

ok. Got it.

It means the SL and TSL are separate and independent parameters taken in consideration here.

My Assumption was that, TSL is the value, 'by which amount the SL will shift upwards once move happen in direction of trade. And not the otherwise mentioned above.

This has been observed for multiple systems with standard condition, as well so not case of system conditions and errors in it.

This is just for information. If you rectify, I will use. Else; mark it unchecked contiinue.

This is repeat request or suggestion for the erro found in ultra scanner, which causes due to wrong parameters mapping in backend.

If we apply both SL and TSL in scanner. it does not take the SL in consideration, but takes TSl as SL and hit exit as price reaches the TSL % value.

Example if buy happen at 100 and SL is 10 % and TSL is 2 %. It will exit as price reached 98 which should not happen. Ideally TSL rise affect increase of SL by 2 % if price 102 and above and so on.

Here, I am sure price has not reached there, as I have buy price above that level in system with 2 different accounts

The Error has been explained to team earlier in concall, Also shared Log files. But seems No resolution (As error persisted). (timeline Some time late June and early July). Meanwhile I never used TSL. But again today tried And same error observed.

Hope this need to rectified. If resolution is done kindly reply here. I may not explain again on call in market hours.

Sorry missed the call. Was busy.
About the issue.
I used standard setup/System available in Public System Builder System. All default parameters taken. So all parameters can be verified by anybody. Even the screenshot of the system is posted in above message. So very much simple to verify.

Examples are BHEL, BankIndia, BEL, CANBK, ESCORTS ... may not be mentioned above (they are for 1 % Brick size)

Few of the Names, which met the conditions were NHPC, MRF, Brittannia, FInCables, PNB, scaeffler, siemens, VBL.

Kindly look at the conditions and logic. The conditions are fromRenko - public scanner listed by the name "DMA Crossover - Bullish" as below.

I was testing DMA Crossover condition with System Builder. Tested some sample with Scanner as well.

But found the condition is giving lot of false or no signals. Basically in-consistent results..

I have tried with my conditions as well as using Pre-built conditions from Public systems. Found error there as well.

Earlier though that some error from my side, but later found it is system giving in-consistent results.

Attached the results from Public scanner and sample manual testing of charts.
Here system gives zero satisfied results, while manual browsing gave much more results.

Same observed while testing some Alerts based on conditions for OHLC as well as.

Need to get corrected the conditions for this EMA Crossover logic in all charting formats (at least OHLC and RENKO).

Yes. Good setup. Seems Correction/Downtrend is over and up trend resumed after 3 months of consolidation.

While testing the Auto Trade Engine, Found some observations.

1. Only Intraday Trades as of now. NO Normal Orders, only MIS (Square off pressure before cut off time.)
2. Only can be run from Desktop software. So it needs to be running on local machine while. We can not do setup, press th e start button and move away.
   Hope, both getting addressed in next upgrade
3. Found Repeated orders getting fired, for same candle (Due to entry and exit at same candle). The error mentioned is Trailing stoploss. But price never touched Trailing stoploss as well as exit condition does not fulfilled. May be some issue in System Builder. Also found similar some errors in Buzzer, as it gives false alerts, though signal not met. Need to understand in detail, how it is working exactly; before dabbling with setup. If anybody from Broker Team can be contacted, that will be great.

Overall found very good platform to dabble with multiple options to build strategies with different charting methods, that to kind of drag n drop approach (after building your multiple systems with diversified Entry and Exit criteria).

What I mean is .. Contract size of GOLDM is 1/10th of GOLD contracts.
While terminal takes same qty for GOLD and GOLDM. You can check yourself by trying to place some orders for both, you will realize the issue.

GOLDM contract are having lot size of 10, while trading Terminal allows only 100 qty to trade.

it is taking lot size of standard GOLD contracts i.e.100

Yes Sure. I will share my experience here.

Currently exploring "how to setup rules for my trading method ANd noting down in Excel." It will be based on Candlesticks Charting method. Wont be using Renko/P&F to start with.
To start with, it will be more sort of Auto - Execution of trades (i.e. entry and exit rules defined through Tradepoint). For Analysis and selection of Scripts and Trading Strategy will be using existing (Manual) method followed. So in short looking to set-up a Semi-automatic Algo Trading. After a while, If it is working fine; then will consider a Fully Automatic/auto executed setup using Tradepoint.

If you can, kindly share your observation on ..

Whether, The multiple order firing (read ... Multiple Triggers), was because of some error/mistake in strategy.

OR any other, e.g. "System is not considering Open Positions in Broker Acct" or "subsequent Order firing before System could do reconciliation with Open Positions" or Any other.

I am in progress to setup the Auto Trading. These inputs will help us/others immensely.

One suggestion: We should have Date of creating the Alert and edit button against added Alert. So that we can see the logic for strategy.
