I have subscribed to Opstra for one year, but I have been experiencing significant challenges with its operation. Here are the issues I’ve observed:

Window Navigation: When I switch to another window and attempt to return to Opstra, the application hangs. Even switching to trade point for 5 mins. Opstra will hang.

Refresh Malfunction: If I try to refresh the application, it does not start properly.

Re-login Issues: Upon re-logging, the platform malfunctions, leading to the following problems:

• Sometimes, values do not display.
• Orders (both new and square-off) fail to execute.

Today - i am not able to see my existing postions in Opstra (Desktop), however can see my postions in mobile version. That is another issue

These issues are extremely concerning, especially during volatile market conditions, as they hinder my ability to manage trades effectively as an options trader, potentially resulting in significant losses.

Payoff Chart Limitations: The payoff chart is not as robust as those offered by platforms like Sensibull. Sensibull provides payoff charts that account for hourly time decay and Nifty movements, which is critical for option traders.

Resource Usage: Opstra consumes excessive computer resources, prompting Google Chrome to alert me that Opstra is using too much memory and should be shut down for optimal performance.
These issues need immediate attention and resolution.
