Anyone facing generate basket issue, taking very long time to scan and generate the basket

very frustrating and also funds not available are when i buy stocks using MTE and sell using limit order. had enough now thinking of switching the platform but they provide good products but I feel everything has a limit.
Anyone facing the same issue ? any inputs to solve this issue? @Definedge @@Definedge-Experts @AP @Brijesh-Bhatia

better call them tomorrow morning , sometimes you won't get reply here or reply will be delayed.

same thing happened for me, one day i sold it from holdings tab, funds are not available immediately . But, the other day, when my mometify executed sell order, funds are available and buy order took place. (for other brokers funds are available immediately)

my observation if i sell my stocks mometify funds are available, but not from the holdings. (try this , if you exit from holdings, exit manually from the momentify using marksell )

@Krishna-K same thing happened for me couple of days back, may be issue is because already limit order is placed automatically which is still pending and again system tried to sell the same stock( this is what i observed). i manually cancelled the pending order, after that system executed sell order automatically.

yes, its happening for me past 20 days absolutely frustrating. clear your cookies and try again or login in incognito mode. it worked for me.

they advised to scan not more than 50 stock group, but they should implement it to 500/750 real time scanning more faster. but now more patience is needed.

It's been almost 1.5 years i got to know about this platform which is amazing but what concerns me more is why most (like 90%) of the youtube videos or videos available in definedge are in Hindi (even no proper subtitles are provided)?

Language should not be a barrier for education/learning but here it's different.

something is really not right with zoneweb. they need to really work on it, make it as priority When i contacted them they tired few things nothing really worked up(they told me they are working on it). yesterday and today too much sluggishness. (during a market time no one wants to try different things).

I think some issue with the platform , same thing happened for me. best way is to log a issue feedback directly from the algostra , they will get back to you.

D scalper is absolutely great but the problem is: I add my indicators , pattern and charting method and step away 2 minutes from the screen or keep observing the chart , scalper page is stuck when i refresh the page it just resets everything. I am often confused about the momentify rebalancing. For suppose if my rebalancing date is 10th of every month so, will exit on last 15 minutes on rebalancing day but funds are available on the next trading day to buy again. So there is a mismatch between the backtesting and real strategies. So, when will be the best time to buy after rebalancing? I know it’s impossible to
Match virtual strategies but sometimes there is a huge rise in the stocks. So, how can we eliminate this and time to buy to next trading day ?

My rebalancing date is the 15th of each month. As per my knowledge, both real and virtual portfolios should contain the same stocks. I am not understanding why there is a discrepancy. so, please clarify this doubt. @Prashant-Shah @Definedge @Brijesh-Bhatia @@Definedge-Experts

same issue, every weekend i do backtesting sometimes it don't add up, drop in CAGR and their zone app is slow.
I feel like they are adding new features and not working on issues. waiting patiently, lets see..
