I am trying to build a system where I want to scan affordable entry immediately after Anchor column.
Consider bullish scenario:

• Anchor column of X is observed at [2] i.e. third last column
• Column of O is observed at [1] i.e. second last column.
• Column of X is observed at [0] i.e. last or current column.

Now for the scanner I am building I want to ensure that Column O (second last column) doesn't contain more than say 9 boxes. How can I build this?
