Could you please guide me on how to create an entry condition where the first arrow generated by the setup triggers the entry signal?

My intended conditions on the 6-period D-Smart are:

1. Price is above WL-6.
2. High is equal to the Upper Band of Donchian Period 6.
3. Donchian Upper Band is rising.
4. The previous brick high is not equal to the Upper Band.

The issue I am facing is that a static condition triggers a signal every time a fresh arrow is formed, whereas I want the entry to be triggered only on the first arrow when the above conditions become valid.

Could you please suggest how to formulate this condition on 6-period D-Smart so that it identifies only the first qualifying arrow and does not generate repeated entry signals on subsequent arrows?
