    Doubt Regarding PNF %box size
  • P Prashant Jaiswal

Sir I am sharing my knowledge to you......

Pehli Baat (Fixed Box Size ki dikkat): Agar koi stock ₹100 par chal raha hai, toh uska 1% yani ₹1 hota hai. Lekin jab wahi stock high momentum mein aakar ₹1000 ka ho jaata hai, tab bhi agar aap purane price (₹100) ke hisaab se hi ₹1 ka movement chart par plot karenge, toh uska koi matlab (sense) nahi reh jayega. Kyunki ₹1000 ke stock ke liye ₹1 ka movement bahut hi chhota (0.1%) hota hai.

Dusri Baat (LTP ki zaroorat): Isliye chart par box size ya percentage ko LTP (Last Traded Price) yani current price ke hisaab se adjust kiya jata hai.

Teesri Baat (Dynamic Adjustment): Jab stock ₹100 ka hota hai toh 1% = ₹1 hota hai, jab stock ₹200 ka hota hai toh 1% = ₹2 hota hai, aur jab ₹1000 ka hota hai toh 1% = ₹10 hota hai. Yeh automatic adjust hota rehta hai.

Conclusion: Agar yeh adjustment LTP ke hisaab se nahi hoga, toh aapko har baar jab stock ka price range badlega, manual tarike se khud jaakar box size change karna padega

Ish tarah se apko har stock/asset ke liye alag alag range wise box value change nahi karni padegi

    I hope it's help you.

  • Multitime Frame
  • P Prashant Jaiswal

Recently I watched YouTube video of Raju Sir they
discussed about the Multitime Frame concept and accordingly

3% Box Value for Trend Identification
1% Box Value for SETUP identification
0.25% Box Value for entry identification

My question is what is the "SETUP" what Raju Sir trying to convey in terms of SETUP

I am also purchased Prashant Sir P&F course and he is teaches a concept SETUP - Means if Trend & Pattern both are bullish than Setup is bullish

So both concept are same please educate us

  • Need a clarification on construction of P&F charts
  • P Prashant Jaiswal

    Dear Team,
Can you eloborate the construction of P&F chart with an example I have a doubt regarding calculation suppose a stock current price is INR 100 & we try to plot 1%x3 P&F chart of this.

First box of column X plot when price moves 1% means INR 1

Suppose price moves from 100 To 105 than plot 5 box on same column

Now 1% calculation done on price INR 105 means INR 1.05 required to plot next box & same for column revert
    Is it I am right...???
    If not please correct us.

That was a great explanation of Line-Break Charts using the snake-and-ladder analogy! Your fun and easy-to-understand approach is awesome for learning.

Could you please consider making a similar video explaining the RSI (Relative Strength Index) indicator in such a fun and engaging manner? I'm sure it would be super helpful! Thanks!
