Today was the rebalance date for Momentify. The outgoing stock got sold successfully, but the buy order for the incoming stock was rejected due to insufficient funds. Does the sale proceeds not get credited immediately for Momentify trades?

Sir, I’m trying to implement the beautiful ETF strategy that you explaind in the youtube channel, but I’m facing an issue with the scanner.
Today, when I ran the weekly scanner, only two ETFs appeared — MSCIETF and OILIETD — but neither of them satisfied the daily scanner criteria. Then
I also scanned the whole All-One ETF group consisting of 55 ETFs using the daily scanner, and unfortunately, not a single ETF qualified. I there anything that I am missing.
