How can we create the below conditions in System Builder in PnF charts:
Base High — the highest point reached during your consolidation window (the last 5, 7, or 9 P&F columns, whichever you settled on). On the chart, this is the top of the tightest recent trading range, not the all-time or 52-week high.
Base Low — the lowest point reached during that same window. Together, Base High and Base Low bracket the box the stock has been trading inside.
Last Close — today's (or the most recent session's) closing price — where the stock is sitting right now, relative to that base.
Why these three specifically: Depth % measures how tall the base is (Base High − Base Low) ÷ Base High — a short box means a tight, low-volatility consolidation. Last Close then tells you where inside that box the price currently sits — close to Base High means it's on the right side, near a breakout; close to Base Low means it's still in the middle of the base.
