Once again the above mentioned scanner is available only in Zone and NOT in TradePoint ,
Definedge Team should make these scanners available for Paid Subscribers of TradePoint also instead of restricting it to only definedgesecurities Zone Subscribers

Looks like this scanner also is available only for Zone users and not for tradepoint users

Sir , Just now checked the scanner BUT in the public library its not available ,looks like its available only in Zone and not in tradepoint

After One month now you say couple of weeks more ( Was expecting couple of Days ) , Unbelievable that it takes so long just to resolve a simple technical issue from backhand.
Thank god its not couple of Months / Years

@Neha-Pandey ,Its still nor resolved.its nearly a month now but still your team is not able to resolve it from backhand, whats the use of being a paid subscriber if we are not enabled to use all features of the site
Is there any time frame for resolving the issue or is it left to ...
It shows the professional attitude towards the customer and also in resolving any issue raised raised or the team has not understood the issue to resolve it One Month is too much to resolve any technical issue

I have one question ,I am a Subscriber of Rzone , To implement the Strategies learnt in the course ,do we need Definedgesecurities Tradepoint or Rzone is sufficient , In all the YT videos all the strategies / Indicators discussed is of Tradepoint ,so only asking , If Only Rzone is Sufficient then its good

Thanks for the feedback, hope it gets resolved soon ,just now i checked its still not showing any drop down in the Popular category

Dear Definedge Team,

My issue is there are no drop down menus showing up in the Popular Scan condition in any of the Scanners available in Rzone
Other condition is working Ok ,only Popular Scans condition not showing up
Kindly requesting to check and enable the same from your end

Also when i checked in other scanners when i select "Popular" No strategy is displayed in any of the scanners

@Brijesh-Bhatia Sir , I have Rzone and have followed the above steps ,but in the " Popular " tab ,no strategy is displayed ,it only shows --select Predefined system -- thats all ,it does not have any drop down
I think the technical team of Definedge need to look into this issue and enable it from backhand
I have taken a screen shot but not able to share the same here
