IPO alloted share, showing in demat holding, but not showing in holding trading terminal

Pre Open market open on listing day at 9:30 AM. IPO alloted share showing in demat holding on date of listing. but not showing in trading terminal holding till 10 AM. Due to this situation I am not able to trade or put limit in Pre open market. So due this I missed place order in Pre open market and now in lower circuit. Please update in system.
