Do we put SL in system for Positional cash trades

or is it ok if we keep it on paper and execute it on the day on which SL is hit on closing basis? Please guide. In case of nifty bees , will your answer be different?

I prefer to put GTT order for my SLs and enable edis first thing in morning on daily basis. I keep on trail my SL as per my system and modify my GTT orders as per same on daily basis. Same goes for niftybees also as per my strategy.

Plan your trade before entry, exit and profit booking must be system based.
Trailing your profit and keep SL in the system.
Book your losses also good habit.
