    Hi,

    The sort functionality is not working on any field in the subject search. I also tried to download the results by using EXPORT button, that is also not working. I tried in both Chrome & Mozilla just to ensure it is not a cookie or browser issue.

    Please check and let me know if any further details are required to investigate this issue.

    How long will it take for you guys to acknowledge the issue? Forget about fixing, you guys are not even acknowledging an issue reported by customers.

    Hi Neha,

    I know it's a little weird but how do I take a screen-shot of something which is not happening?
    I have shared the screen shot but it won't show the issue which I have raised. As I mentioned earlier, the sort & export functionalities are not working with "Multi-timeframe RS Patterns" scanner. This is working fine with other scanners. I can get on a call & show it on screen sharing if that works for you guys..
