After selling already held equity, margin doesn't show up immediately

Unlike other brokers, after selling already held equity as positional sell, margin doesn't show up immediately. Why?
I should be able to buy another equity with the same available margin.
Kindly resolve this at the earliest!!!!

Known issue. I asked their customer support and they said that buying equities from sale proceeds is a "feature" offered by other brokers and as per them settlement is next trading day only.
But the fact is that ALL brokers except Definedge offer this so called "feature".
Surprisingly, Definedge offers margin to buy equities from sale proceeds on the same day if you are doing Momentum Investing from their Momentify platform.
Due to these double standards I stopped trading with them.

@Definedge @@Definedge-Experts kindly resolve this issue for regular trading. You are offering margin for momentum investing from momentify portal, then, why not make it available for regular trading? Why these 2 different approaches?

As of now after selling the stocks, we provide the limit by T+1.
However, our team is actively working on providing the margin on the same day after the sale of stocks. We will get back to you with an update as soon as possible. -
