PDH/PDL indicator and scanner for it

can we get an indicator that shows the price trading at PDH/PDL, PWH/PWL, PMH/PML?
Also the scanner using that indicator.It will help us to take reversal trade on lower time frame and as well as on higher time frame.
For example, if the price is trading at previous month low, we can switch to daily or lower time frame and take reversal for swing and previous day high/low to intraday entry.
