Options on 3% PNF charts
-
Hello - I wanted to undestand the logic behind using 3% box value on option charts.
For eg: A bnf atm call or put is priced at let's say 500. If the dbs is used as an exit criteria we are looking at 3% x 5 boxes meaning a risk of 75 pts on an option call / put. Isn't it a bit high ?
Thanks ,

There are different ways of exit in an option. Not just a DBS, you can use camarilla levels, or Adaptive RSI and TOI too.
