Issue with opening "Custom Portfolio" in Opstra and navigation

When trying to open Portfolio->Custom Portfolio it displays the same for a few seconds only and immediately returns to the default, viz, Paper Portfolio.
Please check and rectify.
Also it would be great if sub-menus and sub-sub-menus are provided for this so that no of clicks are reduced....
In fact, efforts to reduce clicks to reach ones destination is required throughout the site and also in other definedge apps.
