How to shortlist stocks for intraday trading?

Hello team definedge, can you help how do we shortlist 5-7 stocks for intraday trading out of 1000's of stocks.
Any reading material on shelf or some video related to this.
I have watched prashant sir video but till now I find that till the time stock comes in that scanner list, most of intraday movement is already over.
