Ideal Desktop PC requirements for a Trading Set-up

What should be the ideal minimum hardware requirements for an assembled PC intended for a trading setup (including multi-monitor support and fast data processing), and what would be the approximate cost if I get it assembled (I am from Mumbai) or is it better to go with a custom PC builder like Ant PC?"
Would be great if someone can help with exact specifications one should look for while assembling the PC.
