Currency sgement activation

Dear Team kindly help me to activate mu currency segment in Defineage demat account , let me know the steps or procedure to do the same

To add a new segment for trading, you need to follow the re-kyc process:

Log in to https://myaccount.definedgesecurities.com/ with your UCC and OTP.
-Go to the "Account" section.
-Enable the NSE Currency segment by agreeing to the declaration.
-Upload the required documents and proceed with the process.

I am trying but the acces button itself is not allowing me its kind of disable forme tried few times ,Kindly connect with me and please guide
