missing stocks under one group

I have observed --
Many stocks are not part of any of the NSE Indices group like NSE Microcap 250 or NSE Total Market cap Eg, SGIL is not available in any NSE groups but is part of Definedge - Forgings, Deep Industries is there on NSE but not visible in any NSE group but is visible under BSE Smallcap.

Some are part of IPO groups only like for eg. Aeroflex but is not there in any NSE groups.
Many such stocks are catching momentum when the tide is favorable.
How to include such potential multibagger stocks in momentify scanner? For one strategy we can not select multiple groups so these stocks will never get chance to be part of momentum portfolio.
Please include all such left out stocks under ONE mother group as well so that our momentum engine can filter these out when all boxes are ticked.

NSE groups are maintained by NSE data analytics. They include the scrips in their portfolio based on their criteria.We have created Definedge sector and other thematic indices based on the company profiles.
We will explore this idea of mother group.
