Momentum Trading statistics

sir while analyzing the momentum trading backtest report, I see in the last month (EOP) the equity curve spikes huge. What is the interpretation of it? In the trade details , I do not see a trade which has generated 412.99% highest return per trade which is shown under the returns tab.
