EMA checkbox bug in momentum trading backtesting

Hello team @Definedge / Prashant sir,
Under EMA option three check boxes are given, when I use either box 1 or box 2 the results are identical for both but when I use the same EMA number in the box 3, the results changed. I would expect the results should be identical for any of the three boxes selected. Total number of trades are reduced when box 3 is selected... Seems like system bug to me..... PFA screenshots of what I explained.
