momentum trading Rank criteria option

@Definedge @@Definedge-Experts Recently rank criteria is added in momentum trading back testing. I was testing a strategy on larger tf such as weekly / monthly where entry and exit custom criteria is given through the system builder. How does this rank criteria work for stock selection for entry and exit when custom criteria is set through the system builder? Is there some order preference set for the rank criteria over the custom entry exit criteria?
