Issue regarding 404 error fixing

I raised a request last month regarding the 404 error on zone mobile while changing the chart % value in point and figure. Its been more than a month. can you please fix that?
I am posting here since i am not getting any response on this support ticket.

The issue is happening when yoh change the value to 0.05% to lower i.e. 0.03 or 0.02%. I already spoke with one of the support engineers and he confirmed the issue as well.
