I’ve been backtesting my strategy on Mometify for a few months and started live investing this month. However, I’m facing an issue with the weekly SIP and rebalance. For some weeks, the SIP wasn’t added at all. I raised a ticket earlier, and I was informed that the issue had been fixed. But based on today’s rebalance, it still doesn’t seem to be resolved—at least from what I can see.
I’m also not fully clear on how the weekly SIP and rebalance flow is supposed to work. Is there any detailed documentation or explanation available?
Because of this issue, my virtual portfolio is showing profits, while my real-time portfolio is in a loss. I need clarity on what exactly is happening so I can understand and resolve the discrepancy.
Could someone from the support team or any experienced user please help explain this?
