Swing entry using price and RS regardless of breadth possible?

If breadth of NIFTY 500 is 30 with negative crossover but the NIFTY 500 stocks are in momentum and outperforming on RS as well with momentum patterns.
Should we buy the stocks or wait for the breadth to have positive crossover?
The stocks are listed under price and RS chart will outperform regardless of breadth?
What should be the correct steps on this? Can you please explain?
