my scaned stocks are not save in Rzone desktop.

helow team definedge,
when i am scaning some stocks and add in present watchlist, it is success fully save,
but when i am watch watchlist after rephrase it, it is blank ,
but whan i am looking in mobile app Rzone it is save.
so what to do if I want to save in Rzone desktop .
please guide me,
and this problem I am facing since 4 months.
