Are trading for positional and stock run up very fast then we enter on 1% brick value on 1 min time frame after retracement than our stop loss will be on 1 min time frame only or on actual 1day time frame?

initially SL will be on 1min (recent low), as the trade moves in your favour ... trail the SL on 1day timeframe.
